1. Acceptance of terms

By using the service you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Chatla is an AI platform for Instagram Business accounts: it replies to comments and messages based on your knowledge base and hands complex requests to a human operator. It works through the official Instagram API.

3. Eligibility

Use requires an Instagram Business or Creator account and being at least 18 years old.

4. Account responsibilities

You must keep your password confidential and are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

5. Acceptable use (important)

• No spam — do not send unsolicited messages.
• Do not use the service for fraud, phishing or selling prohibited goods.
• Comply with the Instagram Community Guidelines and Meta Platform Policies.
• Do not attempt to circumvent Meta limits: 190 DMs per hour; 1 Private Reply per user per 7 days.
• 24-hour window rule: a Private Reply to a comment only once; afterward, messaging only when the customer initiates.
• Do not use auto-follow, mass DM or similar — this violates Instagram's rules.
• Do not connect third-party accounts without their consent.

6. Our rights

In case of violations, we reserve the right to suspend or delete the account.

7. Service “as is”

The service is provided “as is”. The Meta API may change; we do not guarantee 100% uptime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the last monthly payment.

9. Termination

You or we may terminate use of the service at any time. On termination, data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and contact

Governing law: Republic of Uzbekistan. We will give 30 days' notice of material changes.
