Data Deletion

1. How to delete your data

• By email (primary method): send a request to [email protected] — your account and all associated data will be deleted.
• Via the dashboard: Settings → Danger zone → Delete account (available after launch).
• Via Instagram: revoke the app's access — when the Instagram integration is enabled, Meta sends an automatic deletion request.

2. What is deleted

All your data — profile, Instagram tokens, knowledge base, conversations and messages — is fully deleted within 30 days of the request.

3. Audit log

For compliance requirements the audit log is kept for 1 year, but without personal data — only action types.

4. Meta Data Deletion Callback

Callback URL: https://chatla.uz/api/meta/data-deletion — accepts a POST from Meta when a user removes the app from Instagram, and returns a confirmation code. This endpoint goes live together with the Instagram integration.
